Very helpful staff, especially the evening gentleman at the desk who went out of his way to help us. We thought the suite was beautifully decorated—very kool and artistic. The setting on the deck was wonderful. We only stayed one night but didn’t leave the hotel. Oh,yes, I forgot to mention the definite romantic vibe.

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Le Parc in Carcassonne, we were completely charmed. The service was warm, personal, and truly exceptional. The front desk clerk didn’t just hand us a key – they personally walked us to our room and gave us a full tour, making sure we felt completely at home. That level of hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. The room itself? Fantastic. Stylish, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. But the true highlight? Breakfast. Out. Of. This. World. The eggs were so damn good they deserve their own Michelin star, and the literal boat of pastries they brought us was indulgent, over-the-top, and utterly perfect. We left feeling relaxed, spoiled, and already planning our return. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Hotel Le Parc is a gem – one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

Nous avons été ravis de revenir. La chambre que nous prenons est comme d’habitude : superbe! Le personnel est au petit soin et très souriant. Merci encore pour votre accueil et surtout un grand merci pour l’anniversaire de notre fille. Vous l’avez vraiment gâtée. Quant au restaurant, on ne trouve pas les mots. A quand la 3 eme étoile ? Un vrai régale pour nos papilles ! Le service est toujours impeccable. Rien de travers. Toujours avec le sourire. Merci pour ce bal de saveurs ! A bientôt !

Deux jours magiques Tout était parfait : de l’accueil au service, de la décoration de la chambre au cadre de l hôtel. Que dire de la table : mets subtils, associations de goûts parfaits ! Un restaurant qui mérite largement ses deux étoiles Michelin Et une équipe au top ! Mention spéciale à Alissa qui nous a accompagnés durant nos petits déjeuner Nous reviendrons !

Très bel accueil. Chambre superbe, tout le confort, serviettes, peignoirs, chaussons... Petites douceurs et boissons fraîches à l accueil et douceurs avant de dormir !! très bonne literie, un sommeil très agréable ! Et le petit déjeuner gargantuesque délicieux !
